I would have to agree with you on that one josh there is a good thread in here somewhere on the tax hike, and the fact that some retailers may take advantage of the increase in haste and apply the rise to cigars that they already have in stock, i was in my cigar store today and was told that we would start to see the increase late this month, But i guess there are some things you just have to cop sweet.

"I mainly use Puroexpress these days (IMO best way to order Cubans) after it started to become impractical to order non-Cubans from the US. I used to order from cigar.com but they no longer ship internationally.   Good luck!"
