Hi GuysI use a site called cigarinspector.com to find reviews of cigars and reviews of cigar shops. Just click on the "Shops" heading on the home page and it will take you to a list of all the recognized cigar shops(non cuban and cuban).For your interest, Cuban Lous and Cigar Terminal are rated as the highest for Cuban Cigars. "Regarding the minimum amount to avoid duty, sorry but customs charge duty for any weight of booze or tobacco (there is no $1000 limit like for GST)."

"I mainly use Puroexpress these days (IMO best way to order Cubans) after it started to become impractical to order non-Cubans from the US. I used to order from cigar.com but they no longer ship internationally.   Good luck!"
